Touchless Technology at Japan’s Airport

Japan Airlines has installed two kiosks at Haneda Airport for testing self check-in without touching the screen to prevent Covid-19 infection. This machine has a sensor on the side of the screen and the passengers can complete their check-in process while holding their fingers 3 cm away from the that, They don’t need to touch the screen which is touched by many people before.
The trial will end on September 15th  and Japan Airlines will decide whether to set up this technology in all airports depending on users’ feedback.
