Japan lifts Re-Entry ban of foreign nationals

Japan government lifted re-entry ban of foreign nationals with a status of residence from September 1st.
There are about 2,630 thousand foreign nationals in japan with visa status of permanent, business and student that about 200 thousand of them have left Japan in August. These foreign nationals are now eligible to re-enter or leave Japan with a valid re-entry permit. However they are required to have a PCR test 72 hours prior to their departure date and submit its negative certificate and may be asked to stay at their home for 14 days after entering Japan.
